Willow Creek

Willow Creek is a mixed-income residential community that will replace a 1950s-era public housing complex called Chester A. Bowles Park. The community will offer spacious one, two, and three bedroom energy-efficient floor plans as well as a fitness center, laundry facility, and complimentary wi-fi hot spots.
Located in Hartford, Willow Creek will offer renters modern apartment living in the Blue Hills neighborhood with direct access to the bus line. The first phase of the project includes 62 mixed-income rentals, 25 single-family units, and a community room for residents. The second phase will add 43 units for low-income, middle-income and market-rate renters. Five of those units will be offered as supportive housing for the homeless.
