Nxegen has since established itself as a leader in energy services, including metering, electrical system monitoring and re-commissioning as well as federal, state and utility-sponsored conservation, rebate and incentive programs.
Combining its experience in developing and operating real estate with the knowledge that it has obtained from the operation of Nxegen, JHM embraces the value of renewable energy resources. Its focus on the synergies between these two industries has led it to apply its considerable resources to develop, finance, construct and operate solar electric-generation projects.
