The JHM Group of Companies was established in 1984 with the formation of JHM Financial Group, LLC in 1997. Since its inception, JHM has focused on the development, acquisition, financing, construction, and operations of state-of-the-art real estate developments. Over the past 50 years, JHM and its principals have acquired, developed, financed, constructed, and/or operated over 400 properties containing in excess of 55,000 housing units as well as approximately 5,500,000 square feet of commercial space, containing both retail and office components.
Over the past 30 years, JHM has evolved into a full-service real estate company that is involved in all aspects of site selection, property acquisition, land-use approvals, design, construction, financing, and the operations of real estate developments. During this time the company has established itself as a nationally recognized developer of both affordable, mixed-income, and luxury housing communities. JHM’s visionary concepts in terms of planning, design, financing, and operations set it apart from other real estate development groups. Its ability to fully understand the communities within which it develops is attested to by completed developments that reflect the character of the overall community while meeting its housing needs.
